Eventually, she decided freelance suited her best, where she could see her work on posters, packaging, textiles, greeting cards, book covers and more. She's also worked a lot with educational and trade publishers and has illustrated two picture books including the upcoming, 'The Big Blue Lake' published by 'All About Kids Publishing' for fall 2011. Holli has a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design & Advertising that has allowed her the knowledge and experience of working with art directors, designers, editors and other creative types to collaborate on projects. She lives and works in Nashville, TN, where her husband, their daughter, new little son, and their goofy basset hound, give her plenty of inspiration.

Izzi is an Illustrator and Filmmaker living in Toronto. She has illustrated over twenty published books, which received multiple Honorable Mentions and Awards. Her earliest influences were the illustrated Fairy Tales of Hans Christian Andersen and the Grimm Brothers, but a childhood move from Poland to Canada opened her eyes to the animated worlds of Walt Disney and Don Bluth. Although Izzi's love of animation has evolved from aspirations as an animator to filmmaker, traditional 2-D animation still remains the main source of inspiration for her illustrated work.

Izzi believes that Art is a reflection of the Soul; that the stories we tell not only shape our lives and who we are, but ultimately they allow us to uncover our true and authentic nature.

"Having graduated in 1998 I have been working as a freelance illustrator ever since, mainly in the field of children's publishing. I have worked on around 50 picturebooks, pre-school, board and novelty books as well as educational books for many publishers Worldwide.
A love of nature and travel inspire my colourful and quirky illustrations.
I use a mixture of hand drawn line and painted textures, and work digitally to create my characterful images."

Debra Pehrson Haun is a fun-loving, self-taught artist who loves playing with color, texture and design. Most of her illustrations are for the children's publishing industry. Her process can entail making her own papers or finding the right patterns to mix and match for her collage/mixed media pieces. Whatever the process may require it all makes her day! She hopes to make your day by creating that knock-your-socks-off illustration. She is currently a member of SCBWI. Enjoy!

"Born in NYC, I currently reside in Lower Manhattan.

I studied Illustration and Painting at Parsons School of Design graduating with a BFA followed by an MA from Hunter College in Studio Art.

For the past 15 years I have been designing and illustrating children's books.

My illustrations are hand sewn felt figures of plush material over a wire armature - photographed and then placed against a 3-D or 2-D digitally created background.

I have exhibited paintings and drawings at the Elizabeth Harris Gallery, Snug Harbor Cultural Center, the Drawing Center, the Everson Museum and assorted universities and galleries across the country."
